RULES AND REGULATIONS

All members must swipe in at the reception desk upon entering the Club.

No solicitation allowed in club or parking lot.

A. Members must wear shirts at all times in the Club.

B. Foot Covering (i.e., tennis or aerobic shoes) must be worn at all times. Sock and Sandals are not permitted. Dirty/muddy shoes or boots are not permitted.

C. Members must be properly attired in standard workout clothes (e.g., t-shirts, gym shorts, athletic clothes) while in the exercise areas. Jeans are not permitted.

D. Maximum time on any cardio machine is 30 minutes, while others are waiting.

E. Please be aware of circuit machine rules. Do not cut in on the circuit or do set if other members are waiting

F. Profanity is not allowed in the gym

G. Members shall not yell or scream across the gym

H. No littering or leaving debris on the club premises.

I. Shaving in steam room and saunas is strictly forbidden.

J. Belongings may not be left in daily lockers overnight. Locks will be cut off and contents removed. The Club does not accept responsibility for items removed from lockers.

K. Chalk is not allowed to be used in the gym

L. No member shall solicit or person personal training services on the premises or bring in an individual to perform personal training

M. Members who are under 18 years of age are required to complete the equipment orientation prior to using the facility.

A. All guests must swipe COVFIT ID card upon entering the Club

B. All guests must execute a Waiver and Release of Liability and Indemnity Agreement

C. Former members and members restricted from the Club may not enter as guests

D. All guests will be charged guest fees

E. The Club reserves the right to refuse anyone who is not properly attired and/or personally clean

F. Any guest found in the Club who has not paid the guest fee will be charged double and will no longer be able to use the Club. Members are responsible for their guests

G. All Guests must abide by Club rules and regulations

No refunds shall be made for membership dues paid, except as follows

All signs posted in the Club shall be considered as a part of the rules and regulations

Memberships and non-transferable and non-assignable

Key tags. Membership key tags are issued to members only and are not to be used by friends or relatives. Infraction of this rule will result in immediate expulsion from the club. The membership key tag is Club property, the possession of which may be determined at the Club’s discretion.

Charges and fees for services and facilities are subject to change as deemed necessary by the Club.

Any member who is loud, offensive, bothersome to other members or employees or behaves otherwise in an unbecoming manner or who is cited for infraction of rules and regulations may be suspended or expelled from the Club. In the event of termination, the unused portion of any advanced payment shall be forfeited to the Club.

Hours of the operation are posted at the Club and are subject to change as Club utilization dictates.

Closing time will be strictly enforced. Members are expected to exit from the Club at the posted closing time. Members wishing to make use of the locker room facilities, need to build enough time into their schedule to comply with this rule.
